Haha, I do remember the Doc Savage books when I was a kid, and I DID enjoy them. Then later as a younger adult I moved on to the Don Pendleton books where this guy took on the Mob and WON (well most of the time) then I started reading Jerry Ahern's Survivalist books and then the Ashes series of books by Johnstone.
