Man I want to go hiking in some more extreme areas. I am going to take a hike back behind my house tomorrow. I will try and take some pictures.

I'd love to get a few Dogs together in the Smokies sometime. But the best gathering is always Blade, if you could make it there. Dogs come from all over, even as far away as Australia

I'd love to make blade but I just don't have the financial means this year. In the last three months I have way over bought. Sort of a mid life crisis. I started to get the knives I always wanted growing up and Busse was right up there with Randall. Well then I found swamprat, and then scrapyard where thanks to you great folks I feel like I have a home.

I think I'm gonna have to cancel my plans too. I hate to do it, but money is just gonna be too tight to go. Maybe I can get someone to proxy and pick up one of whatever Dan brings out this year.

Maybe I can get up to Knob Creek this fall, IF I can get my money straightened out.

I've never been to a gathering like that so I might go. Its only about 2 hours away and on my day off.

Knob would be awesome,
Hey with all this clock and dagger stuff Dan is putting us through about his next project when that comes out does it traditionally mean one of the other two offerings, in this case the scrapizashi and scrapivore will be discontinued?

I'm suprised the Scrapizashi has lasted this long. It was announced at Blade last year. Normally they don't last but 4-6 weeks before being discontinued.

The new offering will PROBABLY take the place of both the current offerings. Think about how long the Scrapivore LE lasted. Wasn't that long a run.

It's an awesome sword, I'm glad they still have it. By the way what's your prediction of the new knife. We just had the scrapivore a small offering, do you think a chopper?

I'm thinking a larger knife, maybe not Dogfather size but something substantial. I don't really think it'll be INFI, but I've been wrong before. INFI just puts it out of the price range of people that frequent the Yard. If I want INFI, I'll buy Busse knives.
