I was thinking it was tonight you were going. Ahh steaks my favorite food of all time,seriously. I had two last week they were the first I had for a very long time. Night dogs! Had a long day learning preparing for work trip. Come Monday we pack the Land Rover 110, boy am I big for that thing! Will try and get plenty of pics, will take my swamp warden and swiss tool. Should cover the basis.

I can't even begin to explain how good they were except to say the chicken has to be do right,good marinade and grilled so it stays moist.
