cool thx Ireash. I'm going to head to HF and pick one up with a 20% coupon.

Anyone know of a brick and mortar (store I can walk into) vendor for 1"x30" belts? I have some in my cart at lee valley, but they wont arrive until next week, and I don't want to wait that long.

I BOUGHT a HF GRINDER!! On sale for $39.99.
$31.99 after 20% coupon

now i need some belts. https://www.supergrit.com/ has the cheapest? Lee valley costs more but has the leather belt. decisions decisions.

I need to conserve dollars so I can buy knives.

I have never been able to find a "retail" store that has proper grit for sharpening. They will always have the low grit (80-120). We really dont have "tool" stores here that would specialize inthat kind of stuff either. I am sure it is different out of Kali....

I have tried the workshop sharpener out and did not care for it as you end up grinding tips down or off. Just a short use and decided it was not for me.
