Got some more water bottles on the way, but I am off into the far west of this state for the next week. It will be freaking hot so I have been cleaning the water jerrys and preping a few fuel jerrys. I can't take my usual TLC as I am working for part of the trip so I also have to prep a small GM pickup for the sad eventualities that can arise out there.

Picked up a Bushmaster AR for a song.It is a 16" carbine A2 upper, m4 profile. I got it 440.00 so I can upgrade it a bit and still be in it right, and have a good truck gun. A few weeks back I picked up a small Martini Puukko to throw in the bag--not Busskin tough but great working blades. That is about it since time is so limited at the moment.

SpecOps rifle sling, lens covers for a scope, Harris bipod. Tomorrow I will order some ammo and an extra magazine for the 308.

Yesterday I ordered a short barrel for my Remington 870, some magazine pouches, and bought more canned goods. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" />

Well
I just ordered;
A cs tanto for my oldest nephew
A firemans rescue folder for my 3rd oldest nephew that volunteers with the local fire department
A hunting knife for my 4th oldest nephew.
A bowie knife for my daughter's boyfriend.

Just have to figure out what my other nephews will be getting

MM, JJ HIGHLY recommends one of these. He has had one of them for quite some time and has had nothing but praise for it.
