Dog's

Remember that I commented that Josh said he found a DogFather in my office for the Dayton show this weekend...well he found more than that.

When we moved from Houston to Ohio I quickly packed and did not mark many of the boxes.

Well Josh found a box with a bunch of news print and knives in it. After he was done digging he came up with the following:

4 Dog Father LE's
4 Dumpster Mutt Mod's
3 Dumpster Mutt LE's
2 Yard Keeper LE's

If I remember right I had these for a potential Dog Bowl way back when. Anyway,
he will have them at the Dayton show this weekend.

These are likely to go quick so if you are interested you might want to find a proxy. It will be first come first serve and this will only happen after the show officially opens

Good luck

Dan

Pics?

I wonder where Messer is right now? First in line, perhaps? hehe.

Wish I was there with you, Messer!! I'd be mightily tempted by those LE's!!

Oh those DFLEs are SO gone. You know whoever gets there first will buy them all. The DFLE was my grail knife untill the BWM LE came out. It's still a favorite of mine.

when u say dumpster mutt mods as in recurve like the MOD 7?!?!

man i had been regretting not getting in on the last few mod 7's I saw on the exchange.

if so then I'm going to need me a proxy...

The one I saw had a slight recurve in the edge with hand filed serrations towards the back of the blade. Josh would need to give you the specifics since he was a little secretive about what he found

Dan

then that's the one I want!

anybody care to proxy one of these vary boys for a dog then please shoot me a PM.

I also recall Jim was wanting to pick up a MOD7 a while back. maybe he will check in cause this seems like a rare op for any 7 fans...

Well I was sneaky like a Rat and made it in the door first by lining up an hour in advance. I was a Hog and bought most of the Res-C there. But I was a loyal Dog and allowed some fellow Brothers to get some they wanted as well.

I had a great time visiting with some fellow Busse lovers. Four of the first six guys there were for Busse!
