Since that tank is an artificially lit environment, I wold think that it shouldn't be a problem to add a lot more light. Then with brighter light on your subjects, you can use a faster shutter speed.

Ah, the fater shutter speed is what I am after then. I will explore that.

Are classes worth it, for photography, especially nature photography?
There are a few that are probably worth it, but most are not.

If you have a whole lot of money to throw around, I am certain it would be well worth going on a photographic African Safari with Andy Biggs.

Ain't got too much cash to learn with. Perhaps someday I will be able to spend some money on something worthwhile in order to learn more about photgraphy.
