i guess I did get some new non busse steel today as well. but mine was only $5 <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />... was at wombiemart and saw a fillet knife for $5 and turns out it was missed priced. don't know what you guys do but i always ask them if they are going to honor the pricing. they usually do...

oh it turns out the dicks sports stores here always have prices wrong... been at the register a handful of times where they had to do a price check. I always jokingly ask if I can go buy some more and they always take me way too seriously. but I do get the one I had for the price it was marked <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />...

Cool was it the Rapella that is a good knife even for 15-20 bucks

nope, afraid not. it's a berkley... was only $8 regular price. I was actually going to just order the victornox but saw this for $5 and figured why not... came with a sheath and sharpener. figured this one could be a backup after the other blade comes in.

I got a handful of victorianox knives once from the aluminum can recycling guy. I was working at the firehouse we took our cans in. Some one had given them to be recycled. He sent us out with a dozen or so. We all took a few each home and have several at the firehouse. They were ground down pretty thin but I use one in the kitchen and one for fishing. They are good knives.

got good reviews and saw some on clearance online. hope one will do until big dog can slap some mudders on 8" thin elmax for us.

Think I may rearrange this one again. Still not happy with it.
