I remember the next election cycle there was all this absurd talk about the death of the republican party...you guys came back big time and will again.

I do have to say as one of the leftie/commie/pinko/liberal members of the Yard..Obama is a disappointment to us on the left. Over the last 4 years I've been surprised how he is portrayed on the right..'cause I'm less than thrilled about him and wanted him to tack much harder to the left.

Anyhoo...I feel for you guys. Been there, felt disappointed in the direction of the country, political literacy of the population and worried for the future.

MY, or at least one of my major worries, is How can anyone expect to get this nation out of debt by incurring MORE debt? One day that "Marker" is gonna be called in, and we don't have the money to cover it. Yes, I AM scared.

Hey Skunk. I see the venting is in full swing. I too believe this is a sad day for the future of our country. The American people were given a choice but too many of them can't or won't see what we are heading toward - the Union of American Socialist States. Just use the initials for a better understanding.

Yeah, it is to be expected, I only hope that it is kept on a civil playing field. I edited my post cause after posting it and reading it again, I thought it to "Hard Core" for here. PLUS I truly don't want to offend anyone and I hope we can keep it civil enough that Dan will allow us to discuss this. IF not HE CAN AND WILL put a stop to it, then we would all loose out as I fully believe this is the BEST knife site on the web.
