I'm not doing to bad, the tussin I got has helped me, but Patty was still suffering yesterday although she did say she thinks the stuff I got for her has helped some.

We are all fine I was sick for about a week near the end of november
Pauline was sick last week while I was in Toronto
My 2 husky/jack russel crosses get cold easily so they wouldn't be much good pulling a sled

Oh hey, remember I was saying I was having some back problems and was going to get an MRI. Well I DO have spinal stenosis (Narrowing of the spinal column). BUT the good news is that the exercises the Physical therapist gave me to do has cut the pain out by about 90-95 percent! And they are simple exercises that I do several times a day, takes about 10-15 minutes.
