I have a Saigia in .223 but Im for sure an AR guy a platform I have trusted my life to and would again. Dang psyop, where were you with my saiga 223 thread?! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" /> I just saw a nicely built one...and wanted it! <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" /> Lol I dont know didnt see it. Mine is apart Im converting it. Just need to find some furniture I like and put it back together.

Never fired an AK or SKS. Mine is a Colt AR15 A3. Stock cept for the 4 power glass on the flattop.

No AK here, yet, but they are tons of fun to shoot.
I like my russian SKS, and have been trying to decide between a vz-58 or a sig 556R for my next 7.62x39mm rifle. After I get one of those two, then I will be looking for a 5.45x39mm style ak to burn up some cheap ammo I would rather shoot then sell.
I had many AR's at one point and now only have one. While a great platform, it isn't my first choice. For 556 NATO, I like my Sig 556 and Robinson XCR much better, though it would be really hard to pick which I like better.

13 or so different AK's so I guess i'm kind of an AK guy. Although the FAL is my choice of weapon. aw man the one with the green functors looks sweet! I think I'm a sucker for green furniture and a gas block front site but man if I saw that one in a store somewhere I don't know if I could stop until it was mine! curious as to your opinions on that one? on another note the sig 556 in 7.62x39 is looking pretty attractive again if the fixes are good.

curious as to your opinions on that one?
It's pretty sweet with the Russian folder and furniture. I gotta say that a 308 AK is much more of a hand full than 7.62x39
