Seriously, I bet that took a while.

We got some homemade Brats from a butcher shop about a month ago. It was pretty good. He makes all kinds of flavors but we only tried the original so far.

I'm thinking of trying to make some venison apple sausage or maybe some jalepeno Cheddar sausage... we'll see...

Still need to do up a batch of Italian first. Soooo much work that goes along with hunting....

He had apple flavor and jalepeno both. Not sure about the cheddar, but I am sure he had it or will get around to it. The hunting is usually the easy part. It's the processing that is the hard part.
