a very good skill (but i still love those moments i used to live on a boat for a while and we had a blue heron as a neighbor i have some pics i took some where they where breath taking i am good with film but not digital like i had an old camera when i was 8 that held film in little like dual drums with a connector and took great shots of a forest fire in yellowstone from a moving truck that looked professional

Nope I would have to come down in person. All international mail is opened and checked. People lose perfectly legal folders all the time because customs thinks anything that can be "flipped open" is illegal and now some courts are charging and jailing people for legal folders. Whats worse is you get a weapons charge that gives you a lifetime firearms ban and ironically you can't go to the US any more.

Some judges are giving lifetime firearms bans for everything. My buddy got one for pot possesion which is about the least serious thing you can do here. It was under a pound so he only got a fine and the ban.

Digital/film... it doesn't matter. They are superficial aspects of photography, not fundamental. Choose what works for you and then concentrate on perception, visualization, meaning, communication, etc.
