yargh, but it just is short for inoxidable, da? stainless. you can get straights that are stamped inox, too. henckels makes some good ones, but they're not as easy to sharpen as high carbon razors.

i've been looking at the moras today .... and like a few of the designs. What do you guys think of them and what do you use yours for? ... maybe i should start this in a new thread ....

very fine knives for the money
get the modern rubber handled one because the wood handled ones are horrable
good steel and they are champs at making fuzzy sticks
