Gotcha.

One of these days I'm going to ask you a question on a topic you know nothing about. I have to figure out what it is.

I'm a cheap skate when it comes to triggers, too. I went with ALG for my AR.

You sound like my wife blush .

Man, I turned into one of those arrogant pedantic middle aged guys I hated when I was younger and knew everything.

No no, I find it amazing actually. The amount of time and money you've devoted to research, and you'll never be finished.

I've had no personal experience with those. I've used the following "match" triggers in AR15s:

Eagle Arms (Coal Valley) 2 Stage Hand Tuned NM
Rock River Arms = 2 Stage NM
Timney

The RRA turned single stage after 2000 rounds. The Coal Valley "Golden Eagle" was sold before it was shot much. The Timney was okay.

The Geissele is the best of the lot, and the most expensive.

I think I paid $60 for my ALG trigger at the Annual NRA Meetings last year. Bought it from the Geiselle booth. Nice people.

Thanks.

If I said how much I've spent over the years - NOBODY would believe me. I wish I could snap my fingers and have the time and money back, because I'd probably end up where I am without the hassle.

My FFL just called. I have to go there to ship the Arsenal SLR-107FR Aks that I sold online.

I handled the Geisele triggers when I was there, they had them mounted in a little jig you could "test" them in. They were VERY nice. There were a couple I really liked, and they were the most expensive. Apparently I have expensive taste.

I'm not sure what you know about the ALG triggers. They take mil-spec triggers and just do a little tuning on them. The one I bought had parts that are differentially plated with one being nickel boron and the other being nickel Teflon. Its just an improved mil-spec trigger.

Soooo muchhhhh infooooo mustttt remeberrrrr ittttt alllllllllll

Wow so how do you think the scar poly lowers will last with use?
What makes the scar the best to you?

How hard is it to get mags and how much do they cost!

I'm considering a high quality .308 semi auto rifle buy for later this year.

Guns in the running are. Lmt mws, scar, larue predatobr, FAL
POF, and there is a rumors about a faxon firearms .308 arak upper.

Any day I'm above the grass and I'm not a zombie is a good day! JYD#138
