I've only held one SS4, and didn't care for the balance. The Leaner Meaner (and High Street - just a LM variant) are my favorite small Busse. I have...several...and am only selling those two.
In fact, the LM is the ONLY small Busse I'm going to keep.
They're often listed as the best EDC by people online. Others like the BAD, but I like the size and blade profile of the LM better.
Regarding the SS4 vs LM...
1) Do you prefer Res-C or Full Tang with Scales? 2) Do you prefer a thinner profile? 3) Do you prefer a "full size" knife with a short blade or a scaled down knife?
The LM is a "smaller" knife, but not so small as to be too little to be practical. The SS4 is a medium knife with a small blade.
