I have a theory. The Sus Scrofa didn't sell as well Busse had hoped, so they reground the surplus and called them High Streets. Hence the slight recurve.
That could be the case?
I like the depth of blade on the HS, but wasn't sure what the purpose of the ever so slight upswept cutting edge was.
