Then I want a handle that feels full in my hand, yet not oversized. The Lionsteel M3 has such a handle. The RMD handle is pretty close also.
Lengthwise, about 5" and a thickness of 3/16. In a survivalknife I would appreciate a bit more thickness than on my other 5" blades. Sabregrind for strength in the blade.
Having only one pancake, leaves more room for bacon!
