Include your real name (not forum name), address, how you want to pay, the type of knife, and quantity. I might recommend that if you want to get in on this limited supply, you may want consider listing an alternate knife if your fist choice is gone…that is if the other models interest you.

Orders will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The time stamp of the received e-mails will judge this. Obviously it will take Patti some time to shift through the e-mails so I would estimate that the knifes will ship in 8 to 10 days
