I decided to take my Mutt out for a walk in an area I had a good feeling about. I explored and thought that the conditions were right for some type of Native American evidence.

These three insitu photos are of the same tool and were taken exactly how I found it. I at first thought that it may be Hopewell Woodland Indian as there is evidence that I am finding just acroos the street of they're habitation, pottery, stone tools and copper tools. But then the tang (base) gave it away and I would have to say it is Archaic which is older than the Woodland.

Enjoy!

This is from the standing position.

I found another tool this morning but it is unrecognizable unless you see it in person.

Thanks for looking,

Dan
