How hard is it to learn how to sharpen a knife? I am so afraid to screw up a knife.
Freehand? I'm not sure. I've never tried freehand before. But on the sharpmaker it's a cinch. it even comes with an instructional DVD. It's really easy. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/laugh.gif" alt="" />
