I bought a Yard Hook at Blade. Testing begins tonight. It may vary with the type of beer bottle. I am also going to test it on pop tops (could save a nail).
Research is never finished. Aluminum penetration will be tested as well. Science can be fun!
Vic, I assume you will be using the common aluminum beer can for your testing. I suspect you will need to get a represeantative sample in your testing so multiple empty beer cans are in order. I like those kinds of tests.
