Alot of natives in saskatchawan sniff gas and glue. One very cold morning my friend went out to his car to find a native gfuy with his mouth stuck to the metal around his gas tank and ovewrcome by fumes. He poured warm water on it and helped the guy get his bearings and he stagered off. It is hard to get mad at people who are in such a poor state.
