Sorry, I digress. Back on the topic, I mostly use my CS Voyager, Spyderco Endura, and SAK Trekker. I have dozens of knives. Out in the yard, I use my machetes, Dog Father, and Ontario Survival a lot. I seldom use my small fixed blades. If I'm going to cut something, I use a folder. If I'm going to chop or clear, I use a machete or big bowie. I have a cheap Chinese small chef's knife, a large Chicago Cutlery Chef knife, and a Chicago Cutlery paring knife that I use a lot in the kitchen. Out in the bush, I usually end up carrying a large fixed blade or machete for chopping, and do what little skinning and cutting I do with a folder.
