Luckily here in Florida we're alowed to carry just about anything as our CCW law specifically states weapons, e.g., guns, knives, batons, pepper spray, stun guns etc....
That is one of the changes we are trying to make, in addition to allowing the carry of a pocket knife by all non-felons, instead of three different definitions of what is a legal knife to carry concealed, as the laws are now. Technically, as the law is now, a blade of 2" or more can be considered unlawful to carry since it is classified as a weapon. But in the commission of a crime, the maximum length of a knife blade must not exceed 3", or additional charges can be made. And no person, except judges, cops, and other government officials may carry any knife "designed for the purpose of offense or defense" in a concealed manner. It's nuts!

Horned, dangerous, and off my medication.
