In an emergency you can use super glue as stitches. You can also use plain dental floss. No AK's or full auto weapons sucks but I love the free medicare in Canada.
I don't even want to think about how much it would have cost me to get my arm sewn back on

It looks from the photo that the whole finger was right off and they sewed it back on like Frankenfinger.
