The orange is usually mandated by the various State Fish and Game Rulers and Overseers. In Georgia, these edicts are enforced by the Dept of Natural Resources, who own all the land, waters, plants, air, and animals in the Police State. The Dept. of Human Resources owns all the people. They say that it is so the hunters won't shoot each other, but I think it is so the Possum Police can find hunters easier and rob them. Every year I used to give them money for a license, Wildlife Manangement Area stamp and such. Every year they harrassed me on the way in or out and usually ruined my hunt. I finally quit financing the DNR thugs by quitting hunting altogether.
