Uncoated blades are even better for such use. They don't show wear as bad as coated ones. When you get that LE, use it! A little washing and some oil or wax and you are ready to go. No Scrap Yard knife should be unused. Why even have a knife, if you can't use it? I even use my Busse Special Editions.
