My goal is to get in 45 minutes of exercise daily. I have been able to stay consistent for a month now and have seen a great improvement in my fitness level.

My basic routine:
5 minutes of stretching
30 minutes on either the bike or the treadmill
10 minutes of situps, pushups, pullups, light weights, jumping rope, etc... whatever feels good.
