Sorry I got my DFCG's mixed up with the DMCG's

It is the DMCG that is really a waste of all that extra steel

I would edit it but that would be even more confusing.

My point was that since the DM is so short you don't have nearly enough leverage to bend the LE model much less the CG version so all the extra steel weighing it down and keeping it from cutting well is a waste.

Remember how long the cheater bar was on the DFCG that was bent "to the floor"?

The only reason that extra weight is not wasted in the DFCG is it helps with chopping which is not something the DMCG is very good at anyway.
