I usually don't like to bring these sorts of things to the forums, but I'm kinda at a loss for what to do, and you all know the company better than I do.

So here's the deal. I ordered a DMDC, the order went through, got the confirmation email with an invoice. the 94 dollars was listed in my credit card account as "pending", and I assumed that everything was fine. However, about a week or so later, I checked back with my account and found that the pending charge had been removed (as if it had never been there), and the money had been refunded back to my account. Not only was there no mention of the charging being canceled there, I never got any kind of warning about this from the company. After three days, my emails to two different addresses listed on the email and on the website have gone unanswered. Now, I love the community here and I think that this is a great company. I know someone will take care of me. I just wanted your advice and to see if anyone had any similar experiences

I really have my heart set on getting my first dog, so thanks for your help.
