Well folks, it's almost two weeks since the sale of the DMDC. I haven't heard hide nor hair from anyone representing SYKC since that day. I've sent two emails, roughly 5 days apart and still no response. I needed a knife for an outing which was to commence the end of next week. I figured the DMDC would fit the bill and would be here by then but I'm feeling that won't happen. If a company is going to move, put up a notification on the homepage or order page(s) of such. This would ensure the customer (A) knows the company is moving, and (B) that there could be a delay in receiving the products ordered. This is my first dealings with SYKC. I've heard good reviews of their knives and customer service. So far, folks, I'm not impressed.
