My current favourite EDC is very similar to Reconseed's. I have my Swarden in an On Scene Tactical neck sheath or my newest Strider(WP I think) stuck in my pocket.
The new Strider is between the Swarden and SS4 in size and has a nice recurve.

I don't usually carry a folder but when I do it is either the Police serrated or the Chinook3. My light is awesome. It is a Stainless Ultrafire cree C6 and it only takes one CD123 cell but throws a beam like a 4 D maglight. It is good enough to retire my fenix lights to house duty.

I also often carry a zippo. I have a smaller black one or a normal sized stainless
that matches the Cree light and SS Police perfectly. It also has "&%$# Communism" engraved on it. John Wayne gave Zippos like that out to the troops when he toured Vietnam but I got the idea from the Preacher comic and had it engraved.

Casio Gshock watch and occasionally when I want a cell phone or tunes my Samsung M620. It is a phone on one side and media player on the other. I sprung for good senninhieser headphones for on the bike. They block out all other noise which is much needed. I don't really use the cell much. I don't even know the number off by heart.
