i smoked for 12 yrs and have quit temporarily 3 times.i am now cigarette free for the last year.

their is a miracle drug out their now called CHANTIX.

all i can tell you is that it is the only reason i dont smoke now.it is fairly new.it works so well that i have to say it actually makes quiting easy and i have tried every method from cold turkey to the patch and the gum twice.....at least.

the only thing that will work better is to be incarcerated in a non-smoking jail,but you dont want to do that.

this stuff makes you not only not want it but it makes you hate the nicotine.

they tell you to keep smoking while taking the pill at for i think the first 2 weeks.after a few days i had no craving for nicotine but being addicted i still went to smoke one anyways but i took a few puffs through it out.it was nasty.

it will make you hate intaking nicotine and i didnt have any side effects.

the lady i work with has been smoking for over 2o yrs,took the pill and quit like it was nothing and hasnt had one in around a year.

its not some gimmick either.it is a legit medicine that you doctor prescribes and you can fill at any pharmacy.

the reason it isnt more well known i think is because it is fairly new,a little over a year, and i really think big tobaco dreads this stuff.

you will be amazed.the success numbers are extremely high.

quit smoking before you do permanent damage to your lungs like i did.too bad they didint have this sooneer.
