Who cares? I can always send my coated blade to the TWGS for "the treatment" (or take it to my local knifesmith). Maybe, mabe not. I haven't yet received by Sarsquatch CE so I don't know how sharp they come. Plus, after I do that, the knife is no longer "original", but modified. Come to think of it, I should encourage
more dull knives being sold. Lately, I have had quite a few brand new ones to sharpen for folks.
