Don't see much of a problem in dressing anything bigger than a rabbit with a DF. It wouldn't be my first choice, but I'd use it in a pinch and get the job done.

On a whim and to prove a point, I've dressed a deer with prehistoric tools. Just hand chipped native stones and lots of elbow. WAY too much work when fine Busse family blades are out there, but can still be done <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/banghead.gif" alt="" />
