I love the big Res-C handle like on the S6 and larger knives but having the same design only smaller on the smaller knives is not good for anyone who has larger hands. I think the YKCG is the best of the small S7 knives but since I got a SAR5 it has become obvious that the front part of the handle is a nuisance and should be removed.

If you made a RES-C version of the SAR5 handle and cut away the choil you would add a whole inch of handle to the knife without making it any longer or the edge any shorter. You could even cut a YKCG if you wanted to Mod it. I would but I sold mine because I replaced it with the SAR5.
Another bonus is it would be lighter and more comfortable and even cheaper because it uses less materials and is less complex machining.
Since I am gushing about the SAR5 I should mention the very nice convex full height bevel. That is pretty slick. I should also mention the way the pommel is flat so it can be hammered on.
If it was a comp model it would be perfect.
