With the possible exception of the bird and trout knife all of the Scrapyard knives are suitable for batoning. And after the performance of the MP I would not at all be surprised if the B&T battoned well also. I guess it depends on the size of what your batoning. The DFCG and DFLE are the alpha's of the group and are well suited for any batoning chore that I can think of.
