Good luck, Jerry. Those are worthy goals. I once had a Popeye's Chicken move into my back yard! Good God! Now there is a marsh behind me and my neighbors are as close as they will ever get. I only have a little over 3 acres, but I love the peace and seclusion. May Odin (or whatever name you call him by) bless you.
