A suggestion, since Renee is the new SY customer service 'go to' person - Can the main knives page on the SY site be updated to include all the previously released knives and variants?
The thing needs to be overhauled with an explanation of how the company actually works. I vividly remember being a newly arriving customer, and trying to figure out how in hell you bought something. That page does NOT list products for sale, it lists company history. It is very misleading. Assuming the company continues to operate on a "blink and they're gone" basis, that page really serves no purpose whatsoever to new customers: by the time a knife shows up on the 'products' page, it's already sold out.
