Not so little; but yeah, they're big fish. <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> The smallest one, female I'm holding by itself, weighed just under 22 pounds.

I'm really starting to love and appreciate what Dan did with these knives. The curve on the BDLE is just right for doing nice, smooth sweeping cuts, which is exactly what you're gonna be doing while taking the scaled flesh off of a fish. The strength of the steel is awesome for cutting through the vertebrae and rib cage of the fish, without worrying about nicking or dulling the blade. I truly believe that this knife is gonna become like the SS4; a legend that is much sought after by those who know how to use it.


I'm planning to do some duck hunting when the season opens up later this month, and you guessed it, I'm bringing the Bird Dog to do the gutting on them birds! LOL! I'll be sure to post more pics as fish and birds continue to succumb to the power of the BDLE!
