Tyger,
WOW What a great haul you had fishing! When I compare that to the Large Mouth Bass we get here in Wisconsin I am blown away! Those things are HUGE!!
And all that caviar they yielded! What a bounty on top of the Salmon steaks you are now sitting on! Great bait balls indeed! You really had a great day fishing!
That is really the way to relax. A nice cigar and a pole ,yanking fish in the boat as fast as you can bait the lines.Only had that fun a handful of times but sometimes the wait is what you need to teach you patience. I used to worry a lot but now I have learned to be much more patient in my personal life and fishing I know has taught me plenty about being patient!
Using the Bird Dog as a fillet knife!!????!! Unheard of! It's supposed to be for slicing corn off the stalk isn't it? And digging out pesky weeds from your lawn and garden right?
That's all I use mine for so far! Perhaps I'll take the Tyger challenge and use it on some fresh fish and see how it holds up!
I know that since I put a keen edge on mine I have yet to re-sharpen it! And I have used it as a garden tool almost exclusively! Takes a edge and holds it like no other 154CM I own! Great stuff Dan made.
Well done Tyger, and thanks so much for sharing!
Peace.
