Why?

7" blade
fantastic balance
fantastic handle shape/feel
thumb notch
nice choil
drop point
Infi

You put all that together and you have the perfect camp knife.

and you also have a good number of other busse offers with very similar features.

they all have fantastic balance and handle.there all INFI.a whole bunch of them have drop points and a thumb notch and i think they 90% of them have choils and a 7in blade isnt something we havnt seen before,or close to it.

why is this one SO much better than the others??

people have had "death chats" begging for the return of this knife.

I doubt anyone will argue that it destroys every other knife in it's class. It's just a favorite as a jack of all trades. For any specific task you can find another Busse that will beat it out, but people just like its versatility.

The SFNO is a pretty well balanced knife. To my eye the most similar Busse to it looks like the Satin Jack Tac (though it's a tad smaller). I've never held one, but I've read threads where people complained about the Tac handles not being as comfortable as the fusion handles. The Ash-1 looks like a similar sized blade, but doesn't look like it would be as good a chopper. The Sarq looks like a chopper.

Not sure which other Busses are similar in size and shape, but the one I really want for comparison is the clip point S7.
