I couldn't live without mine! I can get, and read, messages while I am in court sitting right in front of the judge. I can do my email from anywhere. I guess it is the instant gratification and the fact that I don't have to sit down at the end of the day and return 50 or so emails. I do it as the day is going. Love mine!
