You sound like my wife does. I've been trying to get her to have a cell phone
for so long, I've just about given up.
I even went out and bought her one of those Pay and Talk phones.
She used it until the minutes were used up then stopped using it. Said that
she didn't like doing the "top up" very much...
I have been on her case about it, but she just keeps fighting it.
