That's a good explanation silverbullets. The only thing is that a while back I pm'd Renee to ask if the combat grade SOD's are saber ground and she said yes, like the combat grade DF. The only other thing I can think of is that the SOD is said to be .250 because of the LE SOD. Afterall, nobody is going to complain if their combat grade SOD is slightly over .250 inches thick. Just my thoughts on the subject. By the way, is that a CAD drawing you posted?
