Tom, I couldn't agree more that the Yard has a different and generally much more supportive character. That's not to say there aren't occasional discussions that heat up to a boil, but folks are generally much friendlier here than in other groups. And, as was noted, Jerry explicitly stated today that:
Those who join the ranks via internet or through live inductions are equal and have the same HOG status. . . <img src="/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbup.gif" alt="" />
So the anti-online sentiment is certainly not held by the folks who matter.
