I would also like to see some experimentation with stainless in bigger choppers using the lamintate system. I think it would be possible to make a tough chopper that also held an edge for a long time. It would probably cost more than INFI though.
Hmmmmm. Sounds to me like you may be in the market for a Fallkniven NL1. And no, it doesn't cost more than INFI. But it's in the same league.
