There are only so many hours in a day, and the skilled labor pool is only so deep. Taking orders that can't be filled with the available workforce and material supply chain is a recipe for certain disaster. It is better to suddenly cut off orders than to take too many and not be able to deliver. If someone wanted one they had ample opportunity to order one. I understand the money is tight, but the offer was up for nearly a month, plenty of time to decide if you could scrap up the money or if it had to be passed on. I am not trying to be adversarial, but the fact remains that they offered a product for sale and they left the offer open until they ran out. They are after all in the business of making and selling knives, you can't fault them for doing just that. I would not be surprised if they sold more MUK's than they did SOD's and they just got overwhelmed by demand, it really does not matter, the offer is over now. I hope that all who wanted one got one, if not I am sure they will be available in the secondary markets the day after they ship.
