I’ve been using eBay (as a buyer/seller) for over 10 years, and PayPal for 9 years. My feedback is 1869. I’ve only been ripped off once by a seller, and that was before they had better fraud protection. I bought a 1911 Galco lefty shoulder holster for $70 and never got it. Now they have better fraud protection. Now they make you pay with paypal, and if you don’t get the item, you file a refund request, and unless the seller can provide PP with proof of mailing from the PO they will refund your money.
